• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Orders are processed and shipped from Edmonton, Alberta. 


  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and all orders are shipped via Canada Post.
    • We offer FREE standard shipping for all Canadian orders over $99 before tax (applied at checkout). 
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order.
  • You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped or if an unavoidable delay has occurred.
    • Any shipment delays that occur once a shipment has been received by the shipping provider is out of our control. 

Please allow a few extra days for delivery once your order has been shipped. Canada Post and other mailing partners are experiencing severe shipping and processing delays because of the impact of certain world events and an increase in the volume of online orders. They are no longer guaranteeing accurate delivery times. 



  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


  • Please inspect your package upon reception. Any damaged and/or lost packages need to be filed with the shipping carrier as we have no control over what happens during shipments.
  • We package each candle with care, either using tissue paper, packing peanuts, bubble wrap or a combination of all of these materials. However, if you received a defective, damaged or wrong item inside your package, please contact us within 48 hours of arrival at, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Photographic proof of damage and receipt or proof of purchase will be required.

Please note: Due to the soft, creamy nature of coconut-apricot wax, there is a possibility that some minor melting may occur while your shipment is in transit during the summer time or if its being shipped to a hot-weather location. This is normal and does not change the quality of your candle. If the entire candle melted and leaked, please let us know, following the process mentioned above.



Unfortunately, we are currently not selling our products internationally.

We offer local delivery for a fee of: 

    • $3.00 for addresses within 5 km of our home studio.
    • $6.00 for addresses within 10 km of our home studio.
    • $9.00 for addresses within 15 km of our home studio.
    • $12.00 for addresses within 25 km of our home studio.
    • FREE local delivery on orders over $75 before tax.

We will deliver orders once or twice a month. Delivery dates will be listed here, at checkout and in your confirmation email once your order has been placed.

    • Order cutoff is two business days before delivery day. Any undeliverable orders will be available for pickup the next day, shipped at our current rates or cancelled at your request.
  • On our delivery days, your order may be delivered anytime between the hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
    • You will receive a notification or email from us when your order is out for delivery and once it's been delivered.
    • Unless specified, most deliveries will be dropped off on your front or back doorstep.
    •  If you live in a condo or apartment, we will not leave orders unattended in the lobby. You must have someone available throughout the day to receive your order or be able to let us in remotely to place it at your door. If this isn't possible, please choose local pickup or shipping for your order. Thank you for your understanding!​​



We offer local pickup for your convenience. At checkout select "Local Pickup" as your delivery choice. Local pickup orders are usually ready within 3-5 business days.

At checkout select "Local Pickup" as your delivery choice and leave a note telling us which pickup day below works for you.

  • When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions and location details.
  • Our home studio is located in Central Edmonton near Coliseum/Commonwealth Stadium LRT stations. For safety and security reasons, pickups will be conducted in a public space.
